What HGV courses do we provide?

CAT C1

Goods vehicles over 3500kg and up to 7500kg that can also tow small trailers up to 750kg. Cat C1+E are goods vehicles over 3500kg and up to 7500kg that can also tow trailers over 750kg.

You can pass the Cat C1 test and then return for the Cat C1+E in the future, or you can skip the Cat C1 and go straight to Cat C1+E now.

CAT C

Cat C, also known as Class 2, are goods vehicles over 3500kg that can also tow small trailers up to 750kg. Cat C+E, also known as Class 1, are goods vehicles over 3500kg that can also tow trailers over 750kg. 

You can pass the Cat C test and then return for the Cat C+E in the future, or you can skip the Cat C and go straight to Cat C+E now.

C1+E

Cat C1 are goods vehicles over 3500kg and up to 7500 kg that can also tow small trailers up to 750kg. Cat C1+E are goods vehicles over 3500kg and up to 7500 kg that can also tow trailers over 750kg. 

You can pass the Cat C1 test and then return for the Cat C1+E in the future, or you can skip the Cat C1 and go straight to Cat C1+E.

C+E

Cat C+E, also known as Class 1, are goods vehicles over 3500kg that can also tow large trailers over 750kg. These are the biggest trucks on the road and are often referred to as articulated. 

You can pass the smaller Cat C test, also known as Class 2, and then return for the Cat C+E in the future, or you can skip the Cat C and go straight to Cat C+E now.

We also offer refresher sessions if you haven't been behind the wheel in a while.
